Profile
Kevin graduated from the University of Houston College of Law, in May 1981,
where he served as Executive Editor of the Houston Law Review. Before law
school, he graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in December, 1977,
graduating with honors and majoring in Finance.
Activities
Kevin has served as Past Chair for the Real Estate Forms Committee, State Bar
of Texas. From 1993 to 1996 he served on the Real Property Section of the Dallas
Bar Association. In 1994 he served as Director and
in 1995 as Moderator for the Advanced Real Estate Law Course (State Bar of
Texas).
Kevin is an accomplished speaker and author. He has written numerous articles
for real estate related topics. He has written for and spoken at the Dallas Bar
Association Real Property Section, State Bar of Texas, South Texas College of
Law, University of Texas Law School, University of Houston Law Center, and
Southern Methodist University School of Law.
Kevin has served as a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Allen, Texas
and as a Trustee for the Allen Independent School District.
