Using an experienced attorney as an escrow company/ closing agent provides a secure means to facilitate closings.

Kevin M. Kerr, P.C. will serve as an escrow agent on transactions for parties in a commercial closing transaction, such as a purchase –sale closing, or a holdback or reserves, deposits for a capital-raising transaction, and other corporate contingencies.

We will also serve as a stake-holder for any dispute.  We have assisted parties to lawsuits when a mediation settlement required the delivery and safe-keeping of funds, subject to future contingencies.
